Cold Rolled Steel Strips

Cold rolled Steel is basically hot rolled steel which is processed further in cold reduction mills, where the material is cooled (at room temperature) followed by annealing and/or tempers rolling. This process will produce steel with:
  1. Wide range of surface finish.
  2. Closer thickness Tolerances.
  3. High tensile strength, yield strength and hardness with corresponding decrease in ductility.

0.20 mm to 4.50 mm

Width:
12.5 mm – 450 mm

Cutting tool
Hack Saw, Power saw and all types of Carbon Saws.

Automobile Industry
Clutch, Horn Diaphrams, Seat Belts, brake assemble, Chain Links, Circlips, washers and various automobile applications.

Miscellaneous Application
Medical-Surgical Blades, Stapler Springs, General Engineering Strip Springs.
