COLD ROLLED STEEL STRIPS
Cold rolled Steel is basically hot rolled steel which is processed further in cold reduction mills, where the material is cooled (at room temperature) followed by annealing and/or tempers rolling
HARDENED AND TEMPERED STEEL
The Process of hardening and Temperings involves heating the steel strip to above the critical transformation temperature for the given grade and then rapidly cooling through quenching. Then Steel requires further treatment in the form of tempering. This consists of reheating the steel strip to a lower temperature and holding it at the given temperature for a given period of time.
